Welcome to click-together web-site. We maintain this website as a service to our customers. Click-together referred to as the ‘Sponsor provides a way for adults to meet each other. This agreement ("Agreement") is between you and the Sponsor. By using this site you are agreeing to comply and to be bound by the following terms of use.

Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not register for an event.

The Sponsor does not verify personal information on its participants, such as marital status or any other aspects of their general background. It is up to you to clarify these issues to your own satisfaction.

The Sponsor does not have the ability to independently screen participants registering for its programs.

The Sponsor holds no responsibility for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between you and another person that you might meet through an event. In accepting a date or otherwise agreeing to meet with another person within an event or on your own time, you take sole responsibility for any actions that might occur during that date or meeting and you agree to indemnify and hold the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, hosting companies, venues, officers, agents and other partners and or employees, harmless from any damage, claim or liability.

You agree not to initiate any claim against the Sponsor resulting from either social or dating activities. By registering for an event, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
The Sponsor may terminate your invitation to attend an event at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon delivering oral, written or electronic notice to you.

You may not authorize others to use your admission, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your admission to any other person or entity.

The Sponsor will keep confidential all information supplied by you to the Sponsor, including and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law.

By registering for an event, you agree to have certain personal information released to “matches?for purpose of contacting you. We will be confirming people at numerous times before each event. Everyone will be notified as to his or her confirmation status on or before 24 hours prior to the event.

After we send your confirmation to you all ticket sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. We cannot offer a refund after your confirmation because we need to have a stable basis for confirming people for gender balancing purposes as well as having a head count for food and other logistical reasons.

In the event of cancellation, an Act of God, or venue problems, you will be notified of cancellation via e-mail and/or phone on or before the day of the event. Your fee will be credited toward the rescheduled event or refund in full. If an event or location is rescheduled you will be notified by email of the rescheduled date and time. If you are unable to attend this rescheduled event you must notify us within 3 days or we will automatically transfer your registration to this event. All communication will be sent to you via e-mail.

Everyone needs to have their own unique e-mail address as to not cause confusion in communications. We cannot be responsible if you do not receive an e-mail communication that we sent. Should you need help meeting this requirement, please feel free to contact our office for assistance. Since this is a 'matching' type of event, we request that you contact us at 012-6094803 if you either can not attend or are running late. If you call and let us know that you are running late, we will do our best to save you a seat, if possible. If you arrive late, have not notified us, and we can not fit you into the rotation, you may not be admitted to the event.
